That game was mis-managed badly by McGuinness, we shouldn't have let them near us. Cork are a better side now. The team was much more balanced v Kerry last time out, there was definitely a changeup in defensive shape and attacking moves. The concern is that we're short bodies in the full back and full forward lines, as this Cork team could punish us again if we go back to starting wing half forwards in the full back line.

I thought Matthew McClean was very impressive for Kilcar. I think it was his brother that was in the county setup a few years back. Not sure how old they are or what their work situation is, but I always thought they were two very good footballers who could have been decent options for the county.

Really disappointing that it won't be on TV. Especially when you factor in the distance from Cork to Donegal. Obviously, they feel this one is a dead rubber. I hope we prove them wrong...

Playing well in what's basically a friendly tournament isn't the same as playing for your county.
