What i had heard was that Trevor Glendenning was in with Enda Lyons and someone else as part of the team.

Anyone hear that Dromard are staying div 1 and Cashel in div 2 as they don't want to go up. It makes sense but belittles the system if true.

Colmcille don't seem to have many players on the Longford panel this year only McCabe so they will be strong. Expecting a big push from them this year after 2 final defeats in a row

If that is true, I'd leave Dromard in Div 2. Div 1 needs to be reduced to 8 teams and Div 2 needs a big culling as well.

If all these competitions keep getting culled a made smaller there wont be too many games left for our teams.

Great precedent set for the championship so... We are such a joke at this point its embarrassing.

Too many clubs not up to playing at the level they are in.

Div 1 - Killoe, Colmcille, Clonguish, Abbeylara, Granard, Slashers, Carrickedmond and Mullinalaghta

Div 2 - Dromard, Rathcline, Fr. Manning Gaels, Cashel, Killashee, Ardagh/Moydow, Ballymahon and Mostrim

Div 3 - Connollys, Grattans, Ballymore, Legan, Kenagh, Killoe B, Carrickedmond B and Clonguish B.

7 home, 7 away....14 games plenty to go round the whole squad.

Lots of competitive games when you look at that.
