Think its numbers related, finding it very hard to get guys to commit to the panel, not too sure where it leaves them to be honest, they will find it hard to get a decent replacement

A will be Clonguish with ease.
B probably Carrick Sarsfields.

Ballymahon/Kenagh unlucky a couple of years ago not to make the A final. Must be a while since Ballymahon were in it, hard to believe they never won it. Have Kenagh been in it since they won it back in 97?"
Far from comfortable for Clonguish but they got the job done. Didn't perform at all or are they a touch overhyped, Carrick/Legan had a good start but a worry for Carrick that the best player was actually from Legan. Southern Gaels the stars of the day they just never gave up. Paddy Mollahan has the makings of an intercounty footballer as does Josh Kelly from Kenagh.

A bit of an off day as well as missing our whole full back line through injury and our midfielder going off injured after 2 minutes didn't help. They were a big physical team and that Clonguish team have 12 of the 15 underage for next year and the year after. But even at 1-3 to 1 point down I wasn't overly worried as Ballymahon/Kenagh had a very strong breeze behind them, that seemed to ease in the second half!! Apart from the opening 10 minutes, we were the better team. They didn't score in the second half until the 31st minute. Josh Kelly looked very good in the first half but went completely out of it in the second half. Overall, it was not a nice day for good football to be played! But happy to get the win.

Certainly didn't have it all their own way, but going in just 1 down against a strong wind on a miserable day is no mean feat either. Never really looked in doubt in the second half. Decent Ballymahon/Kenagh side and deserve credit for pushing Clonguish all the way.

Fair play to Southern Gaels too, dug deep and pulled it out as the underdog.

Good to have everything wrapped up by now. Time was you still had a Leader Cup final to negotiate on a miserable night in the shivering dark.

Carrick sarsfields let slip but fair play southern gaels in fairness didn't give up

Yes had best player from Legan but what's wrong with that. Don't have big numbers but odd good player in legan.
.
Anyway two tight games.

Yeah, I'm not sure what they mean that it's a worry for carrick that the best player was from Legan. Sometimes the so called smaller club in an amalgamation can produce the best player. The bigger worry for me is, why a town and parish the size of Ballymahon/Forgney have to amalgamate with Kenagh.
