They are quite poor alright, none of those second strings would be afraid of them and are not guaranteed to top that group at all, winner will definitely come from the other group. At the moment, a 3 year deal with Longford might be more appealing than one with Leitrim. I hope we secure his services but this has really thrown a cat amoungst the pigeons. It's hard to keep going to the well year after year and next year will just be one tough game after another. On the plus side it's a chance for some u20s to step up. League finals this weekend. My record at predicting games recently is atrocious. But this time, I'll be 100% correct. Div 1 SOH v Mary's I'm heading to this game. It's difficult to pick a winner. Mary's have been winning games without playing well. I'll go with my head and say SOH by 2pts. Div 2 Melvin v Manor Manor struggled towards the end of the league. Evan Sweeney's return could help Manor sneak it. Manor by 2. Div 3 Dromahair v Aughavas Aughavas have been the form team, but Dromahair got their act together after a shaky start. Thought SOH would have been closer to Mary's, SOH looked very strong in the Spring League compared to Mary's but guess they're two different competitions and sounds like it was a rubbish game, both teams afraid to go all out and show their full hand this close to the competition that anyone really cares about. Poor forwards and forward play a real problem in Leitrim club football. I don't know if there is any real forward coaching going on in the county at the minute.
