Replying To Yellaman:  "Wrong. If ( somehow) waterford beat laois, there will probably be 3 teams on 10 points. In that case it's decided by score difference."
yes and according to the stats, both Laois and Wexford are far superior to Leitrim

Not a hope in hell of Waterford beating Laois

Waterford isn't beating Laois let's be honest. Leitrim should be tipp at home considering Tipp have nothing to play for although as seen in the past a team without any pressure can cause trouble. Wexford Longford is 50/50 but I think Longford may just pip it by a point or 2 unfortunately.

Not a hope Laois will loose to Waterford. I'd bet my house on it. It's a nonsense even bringing it up.

I'll be vindicated when coach Moran leads Leitrim to Div 4 glory in a few weeks time and Square B's negativity is confined to the dustbin of history

Unfortunately Longford have at least a 50 50 chance of beating Wexford. They have the certainty of knowing they have promotion in their own hands.Remember they beat Leitrim comfortably.

Favourites for 2nd place
Longford
Leitrim
Wexford

Strangely enough Leitrim's best chance is to be behind by a point or 2 at half time. I'm sure the Wexford players will be given the score as well and will the go out in the second half and really go at Longford.

You said they wouldn't beat us and they did lad, they are building momentum and that game in Wexford will be tight be a point or two in it either way. All we can do is beat Tipperary and hope for a Wexford win or draw.

Tbh I don't think anyone can predict with any certainty results between any of 6 teams in div4. We are all in the same division for a reason.

Our players won't quit anyway. Whatever the score in your game.

Out of the teams in the hunt, ye definitely are most deserving of promotion. Since ye beat us down in Wexford last year I thought ye would be well in with a shout for promotion in 2024. We're well used of the hard luck stories up here and like our own lads I've no doubt they will leave everything on the pitch even if it ends up futile in the end.

Great 2nd half on Saturday, it shows we have the players, young McNulty is going to be a powerhouse of a player if he keeps developing the way he is.

Not for a second do I think you'll stop playing but imagine coming in at half time maybe level or a point up and you head tipp are beating Leitrim you would have an extra spring in your step compared if you hear Leitrim are beating tipp handy. I suppose management won't tell players how the other game is going at half time and just keep them playing which is the proper thing to do. Control the controlables

i think if our game is close coming to the end and we hear leitrim are winning we should take the foot off the clutch and let longford win, revenge takes many shapes

Apart from the Longford game I've been impressed with our lads attitude to falling behind in games. We were behind against Wexford and came back to beat them.We were behind against Carlow and should really have beaten them. Were behind against Longford and had got it back to two points until the sending off and again against Laois were 4 points down with time running out and came back to win. There was a time when we fell behind the heads would drop and we'd end up losing by 7 or 8.A sign of a good team, and as we showed at the weekend we can play some good football. We scored 17 pts away from home and probably left 3 or 4 goals behind us.All we can do Sunday is try and beat Tipperary and hope Wexford can beat Longford. Its a pity it's not in our own hands but there you go.

You need Laois to beat Waterford as well, or at least get a draw. They are through anyway bar your lads winning by 20 odd points whatever the result of our game against Longford, so will they rest a few lads?

Alot will depend on how Laois approach the Waterford game too.
