Totally clueless football for a full 70 mins. We were awful. Whatever and whoever has to be charged we had better be getting on with it or there is no point turning up for these kickabouts

Donal Burke has done a great job with you to bring you this far against the odds really. But indiscipline has cost you a semi final place today

Despite your dislike of Roscommon, you still took time out of your day and paid to watch them! Must be some life!

It's Davy Burke. Will you go back to analysing Division 4 games which I'm sure you're very good at. Brian Stack was a warrior today but overall Roscommon were very poor as we have been all season bar Omagh. It's really disappointing because that Armagh team were eminently beatable. Armagh only got into their stride near the end when they knew they had the game. The sending off was perhaps harsh but the first yellow was deserved and Fallon needed to be really careful after that. How many shots did Roscommon kick short in the first half. Poor decision making and shot selection. The younger players like Dara Cregg will learn from today and I'm glad we got to a quarter final even though I'm downbeat now. Roscommon have the makings of a good team and let's hope for better in 2025.

Indeed , hopefully the safe journey home part will come true as we drive West battered and bruised . Your multiple comments while not in keeping with the usual sporting spirit of the Banner are probably valid. Best of luck to your hurlers next week end v KK , hope they win.

I come here offering commiserations on a surprisingly good game by yourselves and you come up with aul division 4 palaver. Disappointing, seeing as you regularly visit our thread too giving your opinions on div 4. But better luck next year under Donal.

One word...mentality. We looked like a team that had lost before we took the pitch. It looked like no-one had ever played in Croker before. Seemed like a harsh second yellow which made everything so much harder. Congrats Armagh , they've been knocking on the door for a while but they were absolutely there for the taking.

I'd like to thank Davy and management but we need a different set up with more Roscommon people involved. The players gave everything. Really disappointing to go out like that.

As a Roscommon supporter for over44 years these games are a common trend. ALL Roscommon teams over this time have had multiple opportunities to push on but have proved to be mentally weak. Until we overcome this inferior complex we won't move forward. Devastating to see as a Roscommon support, can't imagine what it feels like to be a player.

Without being a genius, I'd guess you're a bit of a loner, have very little to do in your spare time and would barely be able to kick a ball over the bar from 5 yards.

What's your point? Burke will be gone. Or should be gone. That's what i was saying. Mayo have nothing to do with this.

With those qualifications I should be on the Roscommon panel

First of all a big thanks to all the players for their years work of serious commitment.

Our wait for All semi final goes on and while disappointed I'm not overly surprised as it was always going to be up hill challenge with us playing our 3rd match in 14 days and Armagh rested and so it proved today especially on the evidence of weary shooting of just 0-12 from 30 shots and you simply won't win many last 8 games with that type of shooting.

Both goals conceded was very poor by us. To lose David Murray after two minutes and Ultan Harney after 15 minutes was pure bad luck and whatever chance we had of winning against the odds for the 2nd weekend in row was ended with Fallons red card. Need to watch back on his two yellows but I thought for simliar fouls the ref wasn't giving any cards to Armagh players.

From where we were we did well to reach the last 8 and the objective needs to be reaching the last 8 more often now than waiting five years. Very important to gain promotion back to Division 2.
