What 15 do people think will start against Mayo? Is it too soon for O'Rourke?

My starting 15 would be:

1. Conor Carroll
2. David Murray
3. Brian Stack
4. Niall Higgins
5. Niall Daly
6. Eoin mcCormack
7. Conor Hussey
8. Enda Smith
9. Shane Cunnane
10. Ruauri Falon
11. Daire Cregg
12. Robbie Dolan
13. Conor Cox
14. Diarmuid Murtagh
15. Donie Smith

Good options off bench then in O'Rourke, Connolly, Fitzpatrick, Ruane, Heneghan

Don't like picking out players who should not be on the starting team. (Leave that to others)
However I would be very surprised given the recent gameplan and performances if Ruane and Fitzpatrick are not named on the starting team. I do not see any justifiable reason why they should both be dropped. Ruane does an awful lot of unselfish and often unseen running off the ball making space for other players. I would think his tracking stats are very impressive? He can also take his point. Fitzpatrick won practically every ball that was sent into his direction last week and held on to it with Ryan Wylie on his shoulder. Not easy!
Great to see that Davy has some good options.

Ruane along with McCormack,Higgins has been our most consistent players in the three league games they'll all be starters on Saturday so long as they don't pick up knocks before then. Fitzpatrick deserves another start. Main selection is probably who to start at wing half back as Hussey and Niall Daly was given one half each last Sunday after their injuries. Conor Cox is another that was nursing an injury so will more likely be held in reserve than starting.

I believe Ronan Daly,Ultan Harney have made good progress and will be interesting to see will they make the 26 this weekend. Having both of them O'Rourke, A Glennon,Cox,Heneghan etc will boost our options off the bench.

Team named. Management have chosen Niall Daly over Hussey the one change and good to see Ronan Daly,Ultan Harney named on the bench.

Team named good luck men - after all the nonsense on here the last few weeks beat Mayo Saturday
And we move ahead of them on the table that's how tight this division is win loose or draw we're not that far off it !

Great news on Harney and R Daly. Hope Fallon, Higgins and co can keep their form going, Mayo have some very mobile players. Who are Mayo's midfield at the moment, Ruane and Carney? I see Lee Keegan trying to build a bit of tension going into the match.

Good old Leeroy, best ignored. Looking forward to a great game on Saturday. Team starting to look like falling in to place at last. Would have liked to see Ultan and Ronan starting to see how they fit in. Yes we made a poor start to campaign but there's three games left to pick up some points. Monaghan and Galway drawing in Clones would suit us if we can get a win in Castlebar. Galway were poor in front of the posts against Derry last week but I wouldn't be surprised if they win. Hope Ben O'Carroll is back for last two games as he's a real handful for any defence. Best of luck on Saturday to team and management

As already mentioned good to see Ronan Daly & Ultan Harney back, my only concern about Ultan is he's been out of the IC scene a while and I worry he'll pick up injuries trying to get back to pitch of it, Daly didn't seem to have any ill effects last year when travelling back for Pearses, in fact he changed the game for them v Brigids in Round 1 and was the better performer v Boyle when he came on after 5 minutes

In situ behind enemy lines. Tadgh in for Niall. Good look lads. I would take 2 points tonight over a Connacht championship win.

Absolutely shocking person from Roscommon tonight. Davy needs to sit down and take a hard look at everything because he's getting things very wrong. Sticking with 3/4 players who are nowhere near good enough for this level. I have not seen a Roscommon team in years that lack so much basic ball skills and bloody no clue what to do. I'm actually shocked at how bad we were tonight and I'm afraid we are without a doubt playing division 2 football next year which is a very bad thing for these players because for them to get anywhere near competing with the top teams . Very disappointing in every department

Shocking second half performance tonight. Not good enough. No harm to the likes of Andrew Glennon who give up their time for the county but unfortunately he is no way near inter county standard. Why was Cathal Heneghan not given a run tonight? Enda maybe touched the ball twice in the second half. What is going on? Not like Mayo are up to much either but at least those lads put in a shift for the full 70 mins and give it their all. We looked like we threw the towel in at half time. So frustrating and disappointing. Divison 2 here we come again

Who are the 3/4 players? Idle, faceless, nameless comments are exactly what you're good at!

First half we looked like a team fighting for survival and brought a fight to it along with some lovely scores and football. Unlucky not to get a goal. I can understand mistakes in the first half with the rain but what in God's name happened in the second. Completely different attitude. Looked like a team playing FBD. Second to every ball, errors everywhere. Over 20 mins without scoring. A lad back heeling a ball when he should have been going down on it, as if we were ten points up. Look there's no shame in getting beaten but that second half was so so poor. They looked like a team who were told easy on the intensity in the second half. Then when we went about 6 points down we just started pumping it in aimlessly in the hope of getting a goal.
Great to see TOR, Harney and Daly getting minutes though at least, the only consolation.

Are you telling me everyone on that team tonight or all year are division 1 standard players
