Kildare are dangerous as they have some high quality footballers and nothing to lose against Galway, but at the end of the day it's div 1 against relegated div 2 Galway should be winning by 5-6 in the end.
Hernon at 3 and Daly at 6 looks a strong well balanced spine with mchugh and Kelly in their strongest positions (Imo) as wing backs

Replying To PressureKick:  "An 8 point handicap means a Kildare win, or a Galway win by 7 or less is equally as likely as "Galway by at least 8"

Not just you, but that phrase seems to have become commonplace in gaa circles but it's an incorrect one

The amount of time given over by the bookies to pricing such things is also miniscule to the extreme. It's very far down the priority order"
Understand your point but i think thats what people mean when they say bookies "think" a team will win by x amount. I guess if you want to be technically correct you need to pull back by 1 point and make a statement , like, in this case, that the bookies/punters market believe it is more likely than not that Galway will win by 7 or more. Personally i think it will be a lot closer and not a foregone conclusion by any means.
