Was daft Conor Gleeson wasn't nominated when clearly one of the top three keepers this year and Patton was not. Shane Walsh seemed to get in simply for his performance against Dublin.

Zero truth.

Maybe someone who won't leave a man missing frees for the whole All Ireland final. Clueless at best. Let's keep PJ on for interviews. Sure lookit, he is quite entertaining at those."
As I haven't heard anything to the contrary, I presume PJ is staying on. Are you happy with that? What is the general feeling among Galway people on PJ?

He was available if needed, someone decided he wasn't needed, go figure. He'll need to make a difference for Moycullen, they are nowhere near the team they were, FF 2024 is between Corofin and Salthill Knocknacarra if they can stay clear of each other in the draws..

They're not anywhere near where they could be. In very basic terms, CON and Divo pretty much sorted the backs with vast improvement over time, our forwards are still as disorganised and uncoached looking as ever. Only their individual ability makes them competitive."
100% Agree, 2 finals in 3 years and worse we've improved

Johnny Heaney was excellent last night for Kilannin. Kevin Walsh young lad Dara was good too hard to believe he is still under 20 again next year, very big lad. For St James Sam O Neill stood out, would be fairly sure that he will play for Galway next year in the league provided he stays injury free, looks very talented

Excellent finisher. I don't know. He wouldn't have as much joy with intercounty defenders and we don't play old school football. We have Comer the best in the business and even when hes fully fit we dont get enough ball into him when he's in at full forward. If we did I'd say folan would at least be worth bringing in. I'd be happy to see him brought in for trials . I don't know if he'd make it though

O Neill was excellent . Lacked a bit of cuteness at times but that will come with age and he'll learn from the best

Then we need Galway footballers not north Galway footballers. The west is the football stronghold since 1998. Leave it out.

I can't see that happening, I don't think it would go down well. I think he is the best in the business though to be honest

It's possible but he won't be given the unfettered freedom in front of goal to gain unchallenged possession and lots of space and time to get a good shot away at inter county level as D Connelly and Barry McHugh have shown.

Both O'Neills are fantastic athletes but especially Sam. Probably need some polishing up skill wise but you'd hope that will improve with experience. Great to see Galway producing great athletes now though. For years we couldn't match Mayo for example as they just had better athletes than us but that has now changed. We have big lads who can run and jump. For years we didn't have that.

It's great to see Galway producing top-tier athletes, and I agree that both O'Neills are fantastic, especially Sam. He's got incredible potential and just needs a bit of polishing, which will definitely come with more experience. It's exciting to see the shift-Galway now has big, athletic lads who can run, jump, and match up with anyone, even Mayo. The future is looking bright for Galway sports!

When are we going to have clarity on managerial situation. Hearing conflicting reports. Personally, I hope Joyce stays. Has a year left on his term so he's aswell to see it out. Coaching appointment will be crucial though.

Makes absolutely no sense. Play two together on Saturday in Pearse stadium, get a good crowd, and play two on Sunday in Tuam. Will they be streaming all games?
