The funny thing is, if he had just held his hand up and accepted he got it wrong, nobody would have cared, but no, he's so terrified of being wrong that he was willing to go into battle and made a fool of himself in the process. Mind you, this fear of being wrong ties in with his unwillingness to call anything in advance, he would rather wait and then slag off others with the stones to call things in advance. Because here's the thing, if you get a prediction wrong, NO ONE CARES, your opinion isn't that important. Get a prediction wrong? So what, just make another one. It's not difficult. Will be interesting to see the team selection to play Antrim. Conor Cooney is presumably back fit and he could come back in but I'd like to see the same starting forward line that played in Westmeath. I'd go with a mix and match don't think scoring difference is too important. I'd give maybe p mannion , g mac whelan & joe cooney a rest.
