Was at the Gorey-Sarsfields game. Was a dogfight really. Naomh Eanna went 1-5 to 0-3 up at half-time, and there was only one score from play in the entire second half as they played keep-ball and defended well. Systemic fouling and a lot of verbals in a low quality second period and the referee done very well to keep control on things considering. Some of the marquee players for Gorey were quiet enough on the day, their best were probably Jack Doran and Cian Molloy. Wing-back Micheál Kennedy looks to have some potential too. For Sarsfields, Conor Kehoe was rampant in the first half, but quieter after the break. Was chatting to someone who was at the OLI/Fintans vs Fethard/Clongeen game.
