Not a Mayo.man I know but I would not play him, against a good team like Kerry.

there are better footballers than him there

Just bring that desire and you never know.

Without question. One the best players around, had an off day today but don't jump the gun. Will start and one of Mayo main men

Yes!

He is still good enough to give the Tyrone defense some trouble in the final.

Horses for courses. If JH thinks he needs him then he starts.

But honestly, taking him off was the right call, nothing went right for Aido today.

No. Way over rated and always has been.

Probably a better option off the bench with something to prove.

There should be No sentiment in team selection so NO he shouldn't start, lovely fella but best used if needed in last 15 minutes

He was not great today, if he is out the field he slows the play down too much, he's good enough for them in Connacht but not in Croke Park,
Mayo seem to have lots of young players now far better than him, all he has going for him is his size in certain situations, can't see Horan starting him in the final, if they do start him it's an advantage to Kerry or Tyrone.
Delighted for Horan tonight, great call taking AOS off, Mayo were a different team without him.

Kerry's defence is poor. The Dublin backs were brilliant in the first half today and wrapped him up. If he knew how to play in the inside forward line a la McManus and had that positional intelligence then he could do serious damage against Kerry.

When he came on the scene first he was a top midfielder. Is it a case of letting play in the middle of the park or has the game changed to much that he would not be effective there?.

Would sentimentally prefer Mayo to win.

Be hard to want anything good for some of the ones sitting in lower Davin I'm afraid.

No wonder it's hard to like the team on the pitch.

If Tyrone don't field I give Mayo a squeak in the Final… but if there is a game and Kerry progress they will have no bother beating this Mayo team in the Final…. I would be saying the same if Dublin had won as well…. Kerry are at the moment a long way ahead of the rest…. And by the way I hope Mayo win

Well, you can be assured that Kerry feel the same way. The defeats in the championship in 2017 and the league final in 2019 really hurt them and it was seen in the super eights game in Killarney later that year, they tore into us with an intensity I hadn't seen from them in a while.

They are also going through a famine of their own (in relative terms) and won't want for hunger either. Their persistent stumbling block is also gone for now and they will see this as an opportunity.

I think we can win, but only if we put together a 70 minute performance with intensity like the second half of yesterday's game. Give Kerry a six point lead and I think they will be out the gate, we need to be close going into the final stages.

Honest brave and strong. Just seems a bit slow. Excellent at winning contested high ball, but needs a runner to offload it to. I've sometimes though he'd be better at rugby. Let's be honest, that young Mayo lad that got a couple of mighty long range points is in a different league.
