In your opinion what was the match of the 2020 year in both codes?

Cavan v Monaghan was excellent as well.

3 of our games were epics alright (Mon, Down, Donegal) but this year, could we do a full day instead of just 1 game.

There was just something special about the whole day of Sunday November 22nd with Tipp and Cavan winning and setting up the same semi finals of 1920.

One of those written in the stars moments.

For me I thought Cork Tipp and Cavan Monaghan were very entertaining and hurling Waterford K. ilkenny.

Cork vs Kerry.
For no reason other than the unbelievable last minute goal to steal it for Cork, finishes like that are what makes sport great. .

Galway vs Tipp.
As a Limerick man I loved the all Ireland final, but this was a great game to watch as a neutral.

Great call, that was an amazing day for sure, a great days entertainment and that's nothing against Cork or Donegal.

That's what football is all about and unfortunately that was the end of the great games although there was an old time feel about the Mayo v Tipp semifinal where both teams eventually just went toe to toe and we saw some excellent attacking football.

Hurling game of the year was the Tipp county final - incredible game to watch. Honourable mentions to:
- Tipp v Limerick in desperate conditions in the Munster Championship
- Tipp v Galway all ireland quarter final
- Waterford v Kilkenny all ireland semi final

For sheer entertainment it had to be Kildangan and Loughmore/Castleiney in the Tipp county final

James Stephens and Ballyhale was another brilliant club game.

Favourite intercounty game was Waterford v Kilkenny

For football it would have to be Tipp ending the 85 year wait in the green and white jerseys.

Couldn't agree more.

It was more than just the football.

All great matches. They would have been even better with packed houses. After last year we really see what supporters mean to the games. Hopefully this year we will have some supporters cheering these great players on.

And in the football, Cork vs Kerry. In the modern game, it is hard to believe that such a Darbyesque goal could happen, with the players so well versed in playing keep ball. But indeed, it did happen: such excitement, dream-like wonder and glory in the game. It's good for young lads to still believe that they can grow up to be a Seamus Darby.

Biased but have to agree there. Up there with one of the most entertaining matches I have seen. Lucky enough to see more Tipp club games than I have in a few years this year and not sure if it was the ground or not but the standard has increased massively. I never seen a club team use the ball like Kildangan do.
For sheer joy and emotion I'l have to go with the Munster football final.
Biased on both but definitely the two games I enjoyed most.

Great last 60 seconds. The rest of the game was fairly dire.

100% correct, I watched a lot of club games last summer alot more than I would have normally thanks to the kerry County board and clubs, I had a few WiFi issues but I saved a small fortune in diesel.
