Congrats to Donegal, they wanted it more and some of their tactical switches worked a treat in the second half. Gleebo (Mayo) - Posts: 2208 - 22/11/2020 17:56:48 2313020Link 0 |

| Congrats to all those teams for their contributions. A pity they are not given a better shop window to show what they do. Canuck (Waterford) - Posts: 3194 - 22/11/2020 20:08:39 2313323Link 0 |

I assume that there's no relegation from the Nicky Rackard this year, but will the Meaghar champions be promoted? Marlon_JD (Tipperary) - Posts: 1823 - 22/11/2020 20:09:12 2313324Link 1 |

| Seen that what is going on? These games need more promotion the matches are very enjoyable and I think they should be on before the bigger intercounty games when crowds are allowed back. Would be great to have these finals on before the all ireland! ecad123 (Galway) - Posts: 272 - 23/11/2020 11:45:59 2313823Link 1 |
| No promotion for Donegal just confirmed, that's a sickner :( preddan (Kildare) - Posts: 808 - 23/11/2020 12:08:48 2313846Link 1 |
| That was supposed to have been the case and was when they were first introduced, then that idea died a death. Bon (Kildare) - Posts: 2557 - 23/11/2020 12:39:46 2313875Link 0 |
| I think the benefits of being curtain raisers is totally overblown. The idea that it'd somehow improve the profile of Meath or Carlow or whoever by having a few thousand Tipperary/Galway/Kilkenny fans happen to be in the stadium because they've shown up early for their team's game is ludicrous. | I would disagree, To be involved even as a curtain raiser would be massive, I would take anything that would boost the profile, cuchulainn35 (Armagh) - Posts: 1691 - 23/11/2020 13:09:22 2313912Link 1 |
| Hurling people love hurling and go to matches even if their own county is not involved. I think they should have these games instead of the minors before big games. I know myself and alot of other people will turn up earlier for these games, they are very entertaining and it adds to the atmosphere. I can only be good for hurling in these counties and gives them players a chance to play in front of a nice crowd! ecad123 (Galway) - Posts: 272 - 23/11/2020 13:12:38 2313915Link 1 |
