I'd give Western gaels a good chance against Clann na ngael.Fergal O'Donnell is a cute operator.I'd agree with your other predictions but Glaveys were good last Sunday and i'd expect them to be not far off Brigids.

Good calls.
Boyle should have too much for croans.

Brigids wont have it all their own way vs glaveys but I expect they will have a few pts to spare.

Western gaels have not proved themselves yet. Group was not that competitive. Clan have come through tougher games and will have a little too much in a tight game.

Pearses will be wounded after the tulsk game and I expect they will be up to the full intensity and skullduggery we saw last year. It will prove too much for roscommon gaels.

In the intermediate
Kilmore will account for Aidans with 5 or 6 to spare.

Oran might just have too much for creggs but should be a close one.

St faithleachs will have too much for shannon gaels.

I think Eire og will surprise Dominic's. Dominic's only scraped passed shannon gaels and their other group matches were non events. They might be coming in undercooked. Eire og by 2 pts

Should be a great weekend for football.

All 8 games being streamed. €30 for all 8 games, €6 for a single game.

Oran should beat Creggs. Darragh Walsh playing well for the Rockfield outfit. The Murtaghs should steer Faithleachs to a win against an improving Shannon Gaels team. Kilmore on paper should account for St Aidans but the Ballyforan lads will see this as a great chance to reach a semi final in the intermediate chsp.
Dominics should beat Eire Og. They had a good few missing for the Shannon Gaels win. Can't see Eire Og winning here with too much expected from Cox. Could he proved wrong on all fronts but best of luck to all teams.

Should be no more than €20 considering 6 of the games are overlapping so its not like someone can sit down & watch all 8 games in full..... wouldnt have hurt to space each game an hour & a half or 2 hours apart but then again one just has to look at the algebraic equation that is the championship structure to realise that sensible or logical thinking is not the Roscommon county boards strong point...

Well if you were to go to a match you wouldn't be able see any of the other games on at that time.. there's nothing stopping you watching games on two devices if you are that concerned about games overlapping.. €6 per game or 8 for 30€ is exceptional value. Westmeath are charging €10 a head per game with no package offer.. Be grateful.

And of course every supporter has two or more devices Mr Silver spoon.... or to stop any confusion maybe spread out the games by an extra half hour, its not that hard of a decision to make.... or play a game this evening (Friday)??

Clubs said no to Friday games due to work and long distances to travel.

A pity supporters aren't allowed to attend games but credit to the county board for delivering a service that provides full coverage of all 8 quarter finals this weekend and at under 4 euro a game that's decent value for money. I'm signed up to view all games and really looking forward to tomorrow.

My predictions for the weekend

Senior, Wins for Western Gaels, Pearses, Brigids, Boyle in the senior quarter finals

Strokestown to win the relegation play off

Oran, Dominics, Kilmore, Faithleach's I'd fancy for intermediate quarter finals and Castlerea to edge the relegation match.

The games are available for 30 days.. you will have ample opportunity to watch the game. We are getting to see all the games this weekend for €30 and still people are giving out.

Boyle vs Croans - Handy win for Boyle here. 8-10 points.
Brigids vs Glaveys - Brigids by 4 or 5. Think it will be close but Brigids will pull through in the last 15 minutes.
Pearses vs Ros Gaels - Repeat of last years county final, neither have been at their best this year. Pearses by 3.
Western Gaels vs Clann - Tie of the round. Western Gaels looking very good with 3 wins from 3, Clann improving with each game. Clann by 1.

Oran vs Creggs - Oran should have enough to see off Creggs, 5 points.
Faithleachs vs Shannon Gaels - Faithleachs to win well, 10+ points.
Kilmore vs Aidans - Aidans will have been happy to get to the QF and stay in Intermediate for another year. Kilmore by 7.
Eire Og vs Dominics - Closest tie of the round for me, going to go with Eire Og by the minimum.

Didn't mean to reply to that message in my above post, apologies. Should just have been a normal message.

The Weekend action is upon is, what a shame we cannot attend. Here are my predictions.. I would love to see Croans beat Boyle and they will give it their best shot but my head says a Boyle win here. I fancy Roscommon Gaels to beat Pearses for the simple reason both teams are not at their peak and I just feel Ros Gaels have the edge on scoring ability. Roscommon Gaels for me. The Clann v Western Gaels is a different game, both teams look strong physically and look to be peaking fitness wise so it then comes down to which set of forwards deliver on the day. I just feel that Clann have the better scoring forwards and for this reason Clann to edge a close game. The final game a win for Glaveys would not be a total surprise so based on the performance against Elphin last weekend I give them a big chance. I am tipping Glaveys to beat Brigids. In the intermediate I predict wins for Oran, Faithleaths, Kilmore and I am going for an Eire Og win as I love fairytale stories. I have not seen either team this year so I cannot give any other reason. Best wishes to all the teams this weekend and I hope we have some very close and enjoyable games.

A pity about the stream for the Doms v Eire Og. County board gave their apologies said it can be watched back in full this evening, i doubt anyone from Éire Óg will want to watch it back though.

Oran very impressive especially Darragh Walsh and fine win for Aidans. Many thought they would be fighting relegation but are now in a semi final. Good to see Keith Waldron a minor All-Ireland winner of 2006 with the match winner.

Boyle found Croans harder to beat than expected. On the evidence of their performance today they are unlikely to win the semi final and Donie Smith looks to be a big doubt after going off injured.

I completely agree it was disgraceful. I stopped watching it after 10 mins and I have absolutely no interest in watching it later. The only apology that is required is that everyone who paid their 6euro to be given a semi-final viewing for free next weekend. The quality of the screening was simply awful.

Is anyone else having problems with the Gaels Pearses stream? Every few minutes mine is stopping and just saying 'an error has occurred'. Very frustrating
