Replying To ross4sam11:  "Is Brigids/Clann the only game going to be streamed next weekend or will there be a few games?"
Only game confirmed so far. Croke Park has informed county boards today that they can live stream games at the same time as RTÉ & TG4 are broadcasting a game so that should open the door to stream more games.

I think this will be changed for sporting events this week as it just makes no sense. If it is not then the only fair way to allocate the tickets in my opinion is to give the players a ticket for their families. Players parents will want to see them play this this weekend and the players will want their families there, It would be so wrong for clubs to do it any other way as after all without the players and the support from their families there would be no teams.

No doubt its wrong but I'll be very surprised if the government make a u-turn now.

Still not an ideal way plenty of players parents have little interest going to games I have seen this down the years where they would only attend finals, Each to there own. Why should a parent of a player who normally wouldn't go to a game get a ticket before the great club man who fundraises and sells loads of lotto tickets on a weekly basis which keep the club going. Hopefully the amount allowed to attend games is raised this week as the current numbers permitted is a joke.

You're 100% spot on. A lot die heart supporters are going to miss out supporting their club. Having 200 spectators at a game is a joke. With no double headers this weekend you wouldn't get 500 at the games anyway.

Wouldn't rule out Brigids beating Clann who have a growing injury list.

In a recent challenge against Castlebar the following were injured before or got injured during. Ronan Gavin, Damien Duff, Dara Petit, Stephen Flynn , Jack Connaughton, Ultan Harney and Cian McManus.
To the best of my knowledge 6 of the 7 have played county u21 football in the past so some big losses.

I agree, i had heard about Jack not being back with the squad this year but was not aware that Ultan is injured again. Is he definitely out for the weekend ? Clann are in a bad way if the likes of Ultan Harney, Stephen Flynn, Dara Petitt and jack Connaughton are out of the game. There are 3 very important defenders missing from those 4 players. You would now have to fancy Brigids on saturday if Clann are missing these 4 at the weekend.

Very disappointing that I won't be able to attend at least 4 games this weekend. Due to the restrictions I'll have to pick 1 and will probably watch Brigids v Clann online. Better than nothing I suppose and it looked back in April that we would have no football at all.

My predictions for the weekend ahead.

Ultan is not injured - played well vs castlebar at centre back

He came off with a hamstring injury just into the second half. Be very surprised if he plays any part this weekend. Not ruled out as of yet but highly unlikely he will play.
