This looks wide open this year I of course fancy Carlow to advance ,however I think Limerick , Sligo and Antrim will also figure in shake up. Here is a wild guess and final places 1. Limerick 12 2 Carlow 12 3. Sligo 9 4.Antrim 8 5. Wexford 5 6. Wicklow 4 7. London 2 8. Think carlow will go up, 2nd place close between limerick and Antrim, think it might be Antrim. Sligo I think will struggle lost 7 from 7 in div 3 last year. A wide open league one feels. 5 wins could possibly secure promotion this campaign. Carlow look the stand out team with a solid few years under the same management and some very good forwards which in this division can be the big difference. The other promotion could be any of Antrim, Sligo, Limerick, Wexford and Wicklow. Waterford have lost some key players so I think they might struggle and ultimately while London will cause lots of problem hard to see them winning anymore than one or two games. Based on pre-season form I'm giving Limerick the nod to secure the second promotion spot from Division 4 along with Carlow.
