A good player will only be very good if he has good players around him. For that reason though he retired half way through king Henry is the man. But JC had the most natural talent.

Reid for consistency, I rate him more for the form of last 3 years sense the marquee names have moved on rather than the 4 all irelands in the 1st 6 years of the decade.

Canning 2nd with notable mentions for horgan, callinan and Brendan Maher, refused to consider Padraig Maher due to the barging nonsense he's somehow got away with for a decade.

Biased but it's Paudie Maher by a distance for me. Apart from half an hour against Johnny Glynn at the start of the decade he has been a minimum of 8/10 in almost every game. I'd love to see a breakdown of the possessions of the decade. Plays almost every min of league and cship for tipp. I thought in 2018 he was slowing up but back nearly as good as ever this year.
For me the most consistent hurler of all time and greatest player tipp have produced.
Only player with 5 all stars in the decade.
