Software For Booking GAA Pitches/Facilities

(Oldest Posts First)

Just a query for lads from bigger GAA clubs who have multiple pitches and/or Gym facilities.

Is there any type of online software/app that you'd recommend in terms of being able to keep track of pitch bookings and/or gym/meeting rooms online? The idea would be anyone that logs in can see when the various facilities are available with just 2 or 3 people having administrator access to actually edit the bookings. Any steer would be much appreciated.

If there isn't it would be a great business idea.

The software I use for hospitality would work no problem. You set how many pitches you have and your gym spaces and people can make requests through your website. Really you are just swapping tables for pitches

It's called designmynight but it's in UK so not sure if available or the price in Ireland

There is a very popular app called Glofox that is used by gyms and fitness centres to book classes and facilities etc. From what you've said above it would be perfect and it handles payments and everything. Not sure what the fees are.

A cheap n nasty solution would be to use MS Outlook's Calendar functionality. Presumably you've got a PC with Office installed. Not very glam but it'd serve a purpose
