Replying To KingdomBoy1:  "And he's a Kerryman Gerry, it's a pity for us that Mark the Shark O'Connorr had to emigrate to Australia for a bit of work, because if he had stayed he would be the top midfielder in the country and that's no doubt, but that's life sure and we carry on."
Aye Tommy, and you can thank that other great kerryman Tadhg Kennelly for doing his best to cannibalise the country of any and all he can take away from our game. There's no doubt about it yeel do anything for a few bob . Ye have yer price alright.

I would haver to move McCarthy to a half back spot to narrow this down a bit

Fenton is a sure thing and a toss up between Sean Cavanagh and Aidan O'Shea for the other spot

Kennelly left his job as a talent scout for the AFL nearly two years ago

Allireland minor winning captain of 2015 and man of the match in the final , winner of 2 allireland minor titles and winner of 2 hogan cups titles with the pobal scoil.

Mark the shark is now one of the stars of the Geelong AFL team that made it to the AFL semifinals this year.

Hopefully he'll come home before he's crocked and you'll get to see him first hand, you'll more than likely see him play for Ireland in next years compromised rules should you decide to watch it.

Plenty of good talent raided while he was involved. Shameful carry on really.

Based solely on All-Star awards the following is the scoring:
Brian Fenton 4
David Moran 2
Neil Gallagher 2
Aidan O Shea 3 but 2 as a forward (not 1 as I posted previously btw).
James McCarthy 3 but 2 as a back.

Why was it shameful? Surely young players should be free to go to Australia if they wish? Thousands of talented young people - engineers, doctors, scientists, writers, etc - leave Ireland every year; are you saying we should erect a Trump-style wall to keep them in? And ban ads advertising jobs abroad? And ban recruiters from entering Ireland?

Replying To GeniusGerry:  "Was only messing, he is the outstanding obviously, easily the top midfielder around at the minute"
Ah sure so am I, little else to do at this time of the year.
