Yes what the craic with the fixtures?

Some counties seem to know there's, others don't. To my knowledge Tyrone haven't released theirs.

Are they officially released?

League Fixtures for 2020 get sent to county boards first before they get released.

So unofficially they are out but should be confirmed in the next few weeks.

Correct, fixtures was sent out to all county boards a few weeks ago. Fixtures won't be made official until its decided which games gets TV coverage.

It's just unusual that the championship fixtures are out before the league fixtures

Still no sign of these yet, getting a bit late in the year isn't it?

For some reason this year getting the League fixtures is like getting blood from a stone. The fixtures are hardly one of the Secrets of Fatima.

Draft fixtures sent out to all county boards on the 1st week of October and it took the last week of November for HQ to finally confirm them. How ridiculous.

Nice long weekend down in Galway though weekend after Paddy's, already sorted, we're front and center in Pearse and not shifted out to Tuam. Trip to Castlebar as well always a town for a good away day, great craic and a bit of life in the ground, sure we may as well be at home as playing in Healy as well these days to.

Three tough away games though, a new look expansive Galway under Joyce, Mayo our biggest and closest rivals of the last decade and Tyrone absolutely smashed us in the league last year at home.

Looking forward to kicking off our campaign against Galway, always a great trip. Expect a big push from Banty's men.

Without a doubt, love the trips to Castlebar and Salthill, some excellent games to look forward to in the spring.

Stay up while blooding new talent while resting and slowly introduce others

If they are good enough off the back of that to reach a final.. then all good, if not it'll be ok with me.

Far more history defining exploits to achieve in 2020 but no doubt some great games to look ahead to making the effort of watching.

I'm already sorted for the Galway myself.

To kick it all off Im looking forward to the Kerry players Guard of Honour for the history smashing champs running onto the CP pitch.

Hope they've been dutifully practising away given the honour bestowed upon them

Yep bang on Jim, we have some exciting prospects to offer oppurtunites to this year and we will allow mistakes etc, with some other lads hoping to kick on in the extended panel with another year of coaching and development under the belts, there are a few who i think will go hell for leather after a couple of retirements and places in the extended panel up for grabs.

Should be the usual blooding, using the extended panel for development and rotating a few of the first team in and out and managing loads.

Id be happy enough using it as similar to last year, some years the above is enough to win it, but a league title at this stage teaches Dublin very little, the process is more important then the outcome.

dubs have fallen out of love with the league so theyll drop a few points here and there and wont care if they reach final. when they were taking it serously everybody else was too but i think that interest will lessen because no matter whats been said over the last decade about how important the league really is, i thnk mayo and kerry have shown it to be otherwise.
