When Will Dublin Knock Kerry Off Their Perch?

Nobody has yet to convince me of that to be honest.

This is a silly record sure your going back over a century and counting 2, 3, game All Ireland's, when counties weren't even counties and titles were just reverted.

This year Dublin played 9 games to win the title there just isn't a comparison the game evolved, I couldn't be less ***** about who won 2 or 3 game All Ireland beards ago and and want to call it an All Ireland, nor as a team that has amassed a massive number, do I think it makes us any different to anyone else, say Laois for example.

Only thing that matters is every year, try and win it.

Dublin won 8 All Irelands before Kerry won one. So they should be knocked off first by your rationale.

Or do we start counting after 1958 when Dublin, rather than country men won All Irelands for the county?

Did you miss the part where I said I wasn't bothered about this record, I think it's irrelevant and inaccurate to how the competition has developed in a modern context and poor comparatively.

Knock off anything you want, it's of zero interest to me and of no relevance to modern football.

Kerry can have this all day, the minor thing to if they want it. All day, every day."
Ya yer way is the money way , and that's definitely not Kerry's way or any of the other counties outside the pales way.

Unfortunately username like a lot of other dubs on here would have you believe that anything that happened in football before 2011 is totally irrelevant :-) you see a lot of them only jumped on the bandwagon back then so they have no clue of the history of the GAA.

Con o callaghan had plenty of time to be in the gym. That is his full time job funded by the gaa and there sponsors and the same applies to most of the Dublin panel they are fully funded pros.. We in kerry paid 10 euro on top of the ticket price to help the holiday fund for the player's and they will be taking there holiday entitlement from there jobs to go on that said holiday. Who do the Dublin players ask if they can take holiday to go on there team holiday. May they should ask bertie ahearn as he was the man who sanctioned all the grants from the sports Council of Ireland when he was leader of our country

Lies, and more lies regarding these fine Dublin players. But then you know that already. Lest you need reminding, off the top of my head, 3 players who played inter county GAA actually quit their jobs to focus on their football/hurling. 2 of those are from Kerry. So climb down there off your high horse like a good man.

That's utter nonsense. Did you see Mick O'Connell play or ever talk to him? I did. He was the best I ever saw, Don't lecture the rest of us on the history of GAA .. Plenty of Dubs know their GAA history well.

Dublin have a Golden Generation at the moment. Same as many other counties have had at both codes since the GAA began. Like all the others before though, their time will end. They might catch Kerry at some point but it wont be in the next 20 years. Never mind ten.
