How Long Should Half Time Be In Games

In general depending on age groups. should it be different for half time in under 12 compared to under 14/16 or minor and what about junior and senior games? Fair question but I'd say to eliminate excuses of not getting back out on time, bathroom breaks, dress a wound, etc. Also for the fans in the stands to go use the restrooms, buy a drink, etc. Is 15 minutes totally unreasonable?
