Is Kennedy's a GAA pub or is it a Football pub because it's near Oriel Park? If it is a GAA pub would it be a Clans or Gaels pub? Is the owner a Kilkerley man? It's a nice and comfy pub. I must go in to the next time I am in the County Capital. I don't mind Fundalk. They seem to accept my strong Drawda accent up there.

They sure were Greengrass. It's a pity we did not get the dream final of the Pats against Mattock. Colm Corrigian could of getting yourself and MR as special guests to comment on the final.

Ah the great Paddy Keenan. I can't praise this guy highly enough. I have good friends who live across the Royal border and they wished he played for Meath. They love his attitude. One of the finest to wear the Wee County jersey.

Itsme is right. Since Cooley last won the holy grail back in 1990, they have reached five finals and lost them all. They have lost to the Pats in 2004 and 2007, Mattock in 2009 and 2010 and the Blues in 2013. They usually have no problem getting out of the group stage but for the last three years they have find themselves in the relegation play-off semi-finals.

Kennedy's is in the dlk gaels catchment area. Not aware what club the owner favours but the family are gaa people first and foremost. They have a couple of others pubs in town which are plastered with gaa photos.the owner is a regular at dundalk fc home matches too.

GAA first and foremost Ollie . There is also a strong connection with Dundalk FC. A lot of Dundalk supporters go there for s beer before and after matches . The proprietor is an Inniskeen man who is now living in Kilkerley and who is involved with Kilkerley.
