At this stge it will be interesting to see how much ambition the Louth Co. Board have. Kelly in fairness has re-built and taken us toi Div.2 we now need a person who can keep who can keep Louth in Div.2 and get a decent Championship. FBC (Louth) - Posts: 104 - 17/07/2017 00:53:30 2017791 Link 0 |

Ah Fred the great Paddy Keenan is on the selection team so I will throw my hat into the ring. I'll have Greengrass, MR, Kikfada and 19616609 as my backroom dream team staff.

And what would I have responsibility for Ollie ? Were you in Croker on Sunday ? There was a great crowd in Clearys.

Greengrass you would be my advisor. I was indeed in Croke Park. I popped my head into Cleary's and could not get a seat so I ventured down to Molloy's.

I could handle that Ollie. There was a great buzz in Clearys. I had no bother getting a seat . I was there at half eleven.

Jaysus Greengrass you were in there early. I was still in Drawda at that time. I went in after the Dubs and Kildare match. I stayed for the whole match and when I went in there was a queue of people lining up along the bar to get served. So I said to myself feck this and headed off.

We stepped it out fairly lively after the senior match and went in to the back of the place by the back entrance . Had one to quench the thirst and hit the train home Ollie . A great night in Kennedy's ensued .

Jaysus Greengrass I did not even know that there was a back entrance in to that place. Is Kennedy's your local up in Fundalk? I think Kikfada drinks in there now and again. I was in that place once. It was before the senior final between Cooley and Mattock which was in the Clans pitch in 2009.

That's right MR Mattock were straight out of the traps. I say Cooley wish they were in the pub in them first 8 mins.

It is Ollie. I enjoy it . A lot of good football people go in to it . That back entrance to Clearys is at the top of the new part of the pub . It's handy to know of when the big games are on .
