Aidan O’Rourke will remain as interim Donegal senior football manager until the end of the season.

The 2002 Armagh All-Ireland SFC winning half back will be assisted by former Derry sharpshooter Paddy Bradley, who is also staying on as coach. The pair were in charge for last Sunday’s Allianz Football League defeat to Roscommon – which confirmed Donegal’s relegation to Division 2 – following Paddy Carr’s resignation.

Former Donegal footballer Antoin McFadden has come on board as strength and conditioning coach. O’Rourke, who previously managed Louth, must pick his beleaguered side up for a tricky Ulster SFC quarter-final against Down at Páirc Esler on April 23.
