Féile na nÓg

We are calling on GAA families to host a couple of under 14 players as part of our clubs participation in the All Ireland Féile competition on the last weekend in June. 

Féile is an All-Ireland Gaelic football competition for under 14 boys and girls teams and is being hosted by Donegal, Tyrone and Derry in 2020.

Those who played in the All-Ireland Féile in 2014 will have great memories of our trip to Cortoon Shamrocks in Co. Galway, where some great friendships were forged.

Pitchside Advertising

We are currently taking bookings for pitch side advertising at Páirc Uí Shiadhail. The 8 x 2-foot aluminium board can display your business name and logo, and will be purchased, erected, and maintained by the club.

Club Membership

The deadline for full membership with the club for 2020 is fast approaching. 

In order to become a full member, membership fees must be paid by the end of March.

Benefits of having full membership include, Voting rights at the AGM and access to tickets for potential Donegal games later in the year. It is also a great way of supporting the club.

Membership registration forms for 2020 are now available from Registrar, Margaretta Mc Conigley, and can also be found in Dunleavy’s shop, Portsalon and Blaney’s shop in Kerrykeel.

Gaeil Fhánada v Glenswilly

The senior ladies will kick off their 2020 league campaign with a home game against Glenswilly this Sunday morning, the 15th of March. The ladies are once again playing Division 2 football and it would be great to see a good crowd out supporting them in their first game of the season. Why not call into Páirc Uí Shiadhail on Sunday morning if you're around to cheer on the ladies. Bígí linn ar an Domhnach!

Liam in action for Donegal u17’s

Well done to Liam Mc Grenaghan who featured for the Donegal u17 team on Saturday against Tyrone. Unfortunately, the result didn’t go our way, but it was great to see Liam in the county colours.

 

 

 

U12 Girls

Training continues Saturday morning 11am to 12noon at Trialough. 

Indoors or outdoors weather permitting.  Please bring runners and football boots and water bottle. 

All newcomers are welcome, as are the U10 girls who would like to join in and have some fun.

Well done to all those who braved the weather on Sunday last and participated in the first outdoor training session for this group this year.  Lots of fun was had by all and great numbers turned out.

Going forward we will try to stay outdoors weather permitting so please ensure you wrap up warm to face the chill Trialoch winds.
