The Electric Ireland GAA Minor Star Football Team of the Year and Minor Star Football Player of the Year for 2024 have been revealed.
Derry were All-Ireland final winners over Armagh to become back-to-back champions.
The Team of the Year is made up of five from Derry, four from Armagh, three from Munster champions Kerry and three from Connacht winners Mayo. There is no reperesntation for the Longford team that claimed the Leinster title.
The Electric Ireland Minor Star Football Player of the Year: Derry’s James Sargent. The midfielder and captain of his county was a standout player throughout this campaign, scoring a goal in the All-Ireland final as well as being awarded player of the match on the day. He also featured in last year’s Minor Star Football Team of the Year.
