Tough loss to take Sunday but the boys went out on their shields.Tbh I did not realise about the 3 big decisions until after the match.It was on the way out I heard it all.Before that I just though fair play we did well but just came up short.
Having seen the match after we def came out the wrong side of the decisions especially the square ball.I thought the peno was soft but POCB was silly to tackle there but def soft pen.The goaline one looked like a goal too so It made it harder after.
The truth is we missed alot too.Not trying to single out players but we missed two gimmes near end of game.
Dubs did alot right.Young Geaney was kept very quiet and the older Clifford was well marked too but we left the older Clifford run the show and that cost us.
Scully and Con were quiet but Cossie was on it but missed one or two.Thought McMorrow was class but missed an easy one.
I think we showed we have talent going forward.McGinnis and Nathan Doran back next year from injury also.

I sat down with a few beers with my Kerry pal and we seen full game again.After a few arguments and rewinding and pausing we still did nr agree fully.We both agree that the goal was square ball but the other decisions made us argue.
I will admit that I cant 100% say the ball was over the line but I would award it.My pal pointed out though that this came originally from a line ball that should have been to Kerry but thats pushing it.We both seen though Scully was lucky not to be sent off.
I think the peno was very soft but my pal said if its a free and its in the box its a pen and he showed iy was more of a free than our first free where POCB was fouled.Basquel did get a pointbwhich came from Cossie who clearly double hopped and got away with it but young Clifford got a point ehen it looked like McMorrow was pushed.All in all after rewatchingnIm not as angry anymore and maybe we did nt deserve it and we kicked too many simple wides.On the rewatch I thought Howard was unreal and McMorrow and the backs were warriors.Im very positive for next year and Ger seems to have the smarts.I was very happy with Comerford too Davy was like a man posessed.I know young Clifford scored a bit but that was the best job I seen on him.Looking forward to McGinness and Nathan Doran next year and the world will look brighter and blue again.Very proud of the lads Sunday.

No the greatest are the ones with the most football titles at the end of the day and Kerry hold that position in football. Dublin are a good bit behind even with help from refs like Dublin Dave along the way.
Hope ye will be cheering along Kerry Men's football team on Sunday 26th July now and also the Kerry women's team on Sunday 2nd of August who both dispatched Dublin teams in their semi finals without too much fuss.

Good win for promoted Erin's Isle against Vinnie in SHC last night. And with a bit to spare. Puts them in with good chance of making quarter finals spot.

I'm assuming Crokes and Fianna will be unbeaten and their own game be dead rubber so be dog fight for other two spots and to avoid relegation play off.

Isles on upswing and with O'Donoghue and Gaffney from county fit might be the dark horse.

Very impressed with how Dublin gained momentum as the championship moved into the latter stages. Ger back on the line definitely helped the case

He is suspended for 30% of our NFL games in 2027.

I have never seen the like, for the likes of this.

The difference to our team when he came back from suspension was remarkable.
