In the article, Joe said Aiden O'Shea scored a combined 0-0 in seven senior all-ireland finals and replays with Mayo. Said it reminded him of the old Billy Connolly gag, where Billy used to say that he was 13 years old when he realised that their name wasn't Partick Thistle Nil.

Sure why don't you go to their next game and ask him?

Monaghan away is a great draw for Mayo
Moran should know all about them. His time to shine. If he cant come up with a gameplan to beat a team he knows so well, it will be a short reign.

Monaghan away is not the worst draw we could have got but it's still a serious test. If we repeat that :ne half performance v the rossies than Monaghan will have a field day.

Thats me , I used to love debating everything Mayo with the likes of yourself and The Master ( who couldn't put up with the turmoil of Mayo here and left)

I took a break myself and came back to see nothing has changed in Mayo

Let's be honest Morans one year as a coach with Monaghan was totally overblown by the media.
