Can you give a run down on the price of other amateur sports to attend? Unless you have a buffet breakfast you are sure to be hungry for more food come the afternoon.

I never mentioned amateur sports, although the GAA is well ahead of some professional sports in this country. Leitim won't have many days out in the championship so they should cherish them. Maybe they could have a church gate collection or they might set up a Go fund me Page to help alleviate the cost

We are the same as Sligo in that regard, we should cherish those days out equally in fairness. Church gate collections are old school, we might try to raffle a car like Sligo did this year

Waterford v Tipp in Munster football championship teams of similar standard to Leitrim and Sligo, general admission 15euro, students 10euro, kids free.

I can't see any mention of our game not being streamed anywhere this weekend. If it's not been shown by either RTE or GAA+ can someone explain to me why Connacht GAA can't use their streaming service to show the game? They use it to stream all of the u20 and minor fixtures so I can't see why this is any different.

Ah would you stop. Uneducated nonsense. What do you want, an organisation run by a crowd of incompetents like the FAI who have absolutely SFA playing infrastructure for the people who enjoy & play the sport? You can give out about the GAA for lots of things but they run a tight ship & they have to but people like you can't be talked to. An amateur organisation that owns 4 stadia that can hold 40k+ people and many more that can hold around 25k. No other sporting organisation in Ireland comes even close.

Probably a rights issue I'd say, can only be radio teilifis dublin or gaa+paywall

Hard luck to our u20s tonight. Mayo a step up above Galway and Sligo . I think we are still in the competition but need a 6 plus point win against Roscommon which is unlikely unfortunately. Honeyman And McLoughlin very good for Leitrim

I very very rarely agree with you but you are spot on with this. It's laughable to hear Leitrim people complain about the price of tickets for the game. You are only going to get one game in the championship. And before you tell me, I know we will only get 2 games. I doubt if there's any place in Leitrim further than 45 minutes from Markievicz Park. And then complaining about the price of food. What would people do if they had to go to Salthill ?
