Anytime they beat Galway it was pure fluke. Nothing to do with skill, style or entertainment just poxy! Was it 20pts they were beaten in a All Ireland Quarter Final one time! katser (Galway) - Posts: 2570 - 13/05/2025 10:14:31 2609106 Link 0 |
He doesn't represent Galway in any shape or form, he's an online troll and attention seeker.

Style and entertainment generally wins #### all for any team in any sport.

Kilkenny v Dublin this weekend will be interesting to see their strengths and weakness! Are you expecting Dublin and Wexford to win this Weekend! katser (Galway) - Posts: 2570 - 13/05/2025 11:21:00 2609139 Link 0 |
Not neccessarily expecting, but hoping ;-)

Idiotic to suggest that an anonymous online poster REPRESENTS Galway.

Pope I don't mean to offend but that poster has a real problem it seems with every other county..even some of the stuff posted about players and clubs in Galway is diabolical..I like posting to what I'd call genuine posters from other counties who make decent points and arguments. Im the same its hard to see Kilkenny losing in Nowlan Park but all we can do is hope Dublin can get over their poor record over the cats and we do our job over Offaly . Then it would set up a showdown in Wexford Park next Sunday but its hard to see us turning them over this year given our performances.

It would be some craic IF Dublin WERE to beat Kilkenny and Wexford after they beat Offaly (not hoping but expecting). Then Wexford could knockout Kilkenny and We would beat Dublin twice in PP and Leinster Final! Makes perfect sense to me! katser (Galway) - Posts: 2570 - 13/05/2025 12:30:01 2609176 Link 0 |
I've heard it all now, pathetic stuff.

Dublin have already arrived. Difficult for Offaly and Carlow (and Laios, Westmeath etc.) to build an experienced team that can challenge when relegation is always on the horizon. You would have to already have the talent and experience to compete at the higher level when you are promoted - of course you only get the experience by playing at a higher level, so catch 22. In the very probable event that the promoted team isn't quiet up to pace they are relegated and have to start again. It msy take years to get back and little by little interest is lost from players, supporters and volunteers. The current system is working against these teams. The munster championship has shown what can be achieved when teams have the chance to compete every year and I think the liked of Carlow, Laois, Offaly and zwestmeath and others have all shown that they are not too far away and have the potential to expand the championship to a wider group. It is difficult to work out how to change structure in the current calender, but maybe have three or four round Robin groups with no relegation (if you want to keep Munster at least let Kerry in). When other teams feel they are good enough to enter let them join as well. I think counties need to vote for change if they want to develop hurling beyond less than a third of counties. I honestly think that you know very little or nothing about sport.

Nothing new from him there tbh. it was insulting to say the least. Fionn (Dublin) - Posts: 4246 - 13/05/2025 15:06:49 2609243 Link 0 |
Firceall those with the power to change the structure will never vote to change it. Unfortunately. Because hurling will never grow if we don't try to include Offaly, Laois, Kildare, etc without relegating them over and over again.
