I think the winner will come from Ratoath,Don/Ash,St Vincents or St Marys.Ratoath being losing finalists last year after beating Don/Ash in a close semi.It is hard to tell if these two will be as good this year as neither have played their first rounds.St Vincents lost out to Clonard in the semi's last year after extra time but they were beaten in the first round this year by Walterstown and must win their remaining games in their group to progress.St Marys just about got by last years Junior C champions Moynalvy in their first round but if they can get by Dunshaughlin in the next round they would have to be considered one of the favourites.

Dunno if it will be Ratoath this year, they got rid of last yrs mgmt and a few of last years main players will be either playing first team (power, flinter, wallace) or suffering long term injury (Turlough O Neill , Cruciate and Brazil (knee as well I think) Id say either Don/Ash and Vincents should make the final
If Dunshaughlin keep players from there Senior Team they are in with a chance

I can see Donaghmore Ashbourne winning it out, they seem to have a very strong team.

I see Mary's lost a tight game to Dunshaughlin last night, if they can get out of their group I think they'll go all the way. Moynalty are next in line, they have good forwards for this level. Don't think Vincents have enough about them to do it. Boardsmill have won 2 out of 2, seems to be an improvement this year

Of the reserve teams, Ratoath and Ashbourne's team's don't look as strong as they did last year. Seneschalstown and Dunshaughlin look the pick of them this year, will they be able to keep them teams together?

No relegation in the Senior this year could be a big help to second teams as if a senior team can't qualify for the quarters, they'll still have no relegation to worry about and may not be forced into parachuting a couple of lads up from the 2nd team as they otherwise might have done

seneschalstown are looking good. Demolition of St Pauls in 1st round and have alot of fit, young players who have senior football experience unlike boardsmill

Before the 1st Round, I thought St Vincents would impress based on their league form, but then Walterstown beat them, which surprised me.

Seneschalstown will push hard along with Dunshaughlin, but the key thing here is how many players will they concede to their respective Senior panels?

You can never write off Ashbourne though even though they were beaten in the first round, and St Marys are strong.

Moynalty are always there or there abouts though they can never drive it home, although I hear Moynalty have a very young team and might not push as hard this year as they did other years. Good first round win against Tones though, who were Junior A last year.

To sum up, I'm going to go for Seneschalstown I think, but its very open in fairness.

The exact same as last year. Just the usual disrespect shown to this grade by the county board. I would love to see the reaction if a senior Qtr final was fixed for a Thursday night.

Dunshaughlin were very strong in the group stages but lost a lot of players to senior, if that wasnt the case they would have walked it so now I'd be going for St Mary's to win

In two weeks I presume, Id say st.marys are favourites as they beat Moynalty on their way.
