Drumconrath will be in a relegation dog fight so. Heard they withdrew from the B league this year as well

I think we should set up an ABR campaign; Anybody But Ratoath.

Also, why are so many taking joy out of the drumms demise? people should remember what goes around comes around

"I think we should set up an ABR campaign; Anybody But Ratoath."
Good idea and you could wear your ABR badges on your cool new confirmation jacket. Try and get Julian, Dick, Anne, George and Timothy on board, I hear they're between clubs at the moment.
We should also see if HS will set up a kiddies corner for this and more of your brilliant ideas.

Would fancy a lot of teams in this group. Unfortunately I think the ship has sailed for Drumbaragh and Kilmainham. ID be thinkind that Ratoath, Bective or Curraha are the fronty runners.

it makes me laugh some of the teams mentioned on this for the JFC this year, did drumcondrath win a game last year?bective, dunsany, kilmanham if my memory serves me right NOM bet them al except drawing with bective which NOM were 8 up at ht and let it slip,NOM are finally showing the volume of selection they have at their disposal and i tink it will stand to them again this year

tackleberry, i agree with drumbaragh but have to disagree with kilmainham they won promotion and the tailteann cup last year so its hard to say there past it and they have a fast youngish team. and as for PJ_the_DJ bective were down by 6 points at half time and held o'mahony's to 1 score in the second half which i felt was more than they deserved, as for kilmainham and dunsany, i have to give credit where it is due, never expected ye to beat them(kilmainham especially) but dont see it happenin again could be wrong but sure time will tell

well to be fair Curraha were very impressive last night against a very poor Kilbride team and Curraha were missing 2 first team regulars and kicked 15 wides.

Even though a ball has not yet been kicked in the championship the strong teams are well known. Kilmainham, Moylagh, Curraha and Dunsany. Bective would be next but spend too much time on this forum bemoaning not getting through last year. N'O'M were well off the pace last year in the final. Now if Bective spend too much time on this forum then Ratoath, the whole parish, must have shares in HS so they dont stand a chance but they are good for a laugh....not football....get to Q/F - (as runners up) and flop flat when the cut and thrust takes over.
The only problem for the likes of Kilmainham or Moylagh may be the boat while the length of Kilmessan's run in the SHC will have a bearing on Dunsany's championship ambitions but Kildalkey's run in the SHC did Ballivor no harm last year. Curraha will not be troubled by hurling and will probably hold on to most of their team so can be dark horses around October. I wonder would they come home through Ratoath with the cup?
