I think relegation wouldn't work as they are completely different championships, Junior 1 is round robin and knock out, while 2A is knockout.
Plus the team that won last years 2A competition the Gers, would have a completely different squad available to them this year.

Gooch 100% agree with you. the nicks, tones and cu gaels need games they have been lying idle for the past 3-4 weeks and for these to survive need regular fixtures. if county board going to continue with promotion relegation to div 3 to 4, 5 & 6, then they need to give the teams that have been relegated to 4,5 & 6 as much regular football as divisions 1,2 & 3.
Just checked website and no fixtures available after this weekend. Very unfair on club players and managers.
