Do Longford people ever stop moaning? Forget about the players that donlt commit themselves to the county, even other
county has the same problem apart from the top couple of counties. Considering the resources he has had Connerton has
done a really good job in his first year. We stayed in Division 3 that had to be the main aim!
So get out and support the lads who have given great commitment all year and are off the back
of a fantastic win against Down in the qualifiers. We have some players like Quinn, Kavanagh, Smyth, McGivney, etc.,
that can be a handful for any team! Longford are not going into this without a chance and I expect the lads to put it
right up to Monaghan tomorrow. Absolutely nothing to lose at all, Monaghan everything to lose!
