Peadar Mogan’s two-pointer in the 69th minute ensured Donegal remain unbeaten in Division 1 of the Allianz Football League as they record a 0-20 to 1-17 draw with Galway in Ballyshannon this afternoon.
Having gone 1-4 to 0-5 ahead through Conor O’Donnell’s goal in the 20th minute, the Ulster champions fell behind again as scores from Ciaran Mulhern, Liam O Conghaile and Matthew Tierney flew over their bar.

Two Oisin Mac Donnacha scores, including a two-pointer, moved the Tribesmen towards a 0-13 to 1-7 half-time lead and they’d push their advantage out to four ahead of Mogan, Ryan McHugh and Michael Murphy (free) landing consecutive scores for the hosts.
Mulhern put the Connacht champions back up by two points late on, but this effort from Mogan (see above) ensured that Jim McGuinness’s men would earn a share of the points at Fr Tierney Park.
