The Wexford SHC quarter-final pairings have been confirmed following last weekend’s preliminary quarter-finals.
Holders St Martin’s have been drawn against Oulart-The Ballagh, who defeated Oylegate-Glenbrien in a dramatic penalty shootout last Friday night after extra-time had failed to separate the teams. Meanwhile, Ferns St Aidan’s reward for their late heroics against Shelmaliers – they scored 1-2 in stoppage time to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat – is a last-eight meeting with Lee Chin’s Faythe Harriers.
The quarter-finals in all hurling grades will be played on the weekend after next.
