The late Kathleen Slevin (née McGann) of Baskin, Drumraney, Athlone, who passed away on Saturday, May 21st, 2016, was a lifelong supporter of Drumraney Camogie Club and also an ardent supporter of Milltown ladies. She derived particular joy from witnessing her granddaughter, Leanne Slevin, capture an All-Ireland intermediate club medal with the girls in green in 2015. Leanne was on target five times at Parnell Park as Milltown defeated Cahir in the final.
