The Late Late Toy Show on RTE1 pulled in over one million viewers last night.
And among the many heartwarming moments was when 11-year-old Michael O'Brien from Kerry received a surprise visit from his hero Davy Fitzgerald.
A GAA lover not defined by his visual challenges, Michael had been reviewing braille and audio children's books when the Wexford hurling manager appeared on the set and presented him with a Wexford top and tickets to next year's All-Ireland final. Davy also promised to sign his book for Michael!
