The 2022 M. Donnelly GAA All-Ireland Poc Fada finals took place in the Cooley Mountains yesterday.
Kilkenny's Killian Phelan was crowned king of the Annaverna Mountain after he held off stiff competition from reigning Senior champion Colin Ryan of Limerick and former winner, Cillian Kiely from Offaly, who finished in a close third place.
Westmeath's Darragh Smith won the U16s Boys title. This was a massive achievement for Darragh and his club, Turin.
History was made on the mountain with sisters Molly and Lucy Lynch from the Sarsfields camogie club winning the All-Ireland Senior and U16 Girls titles.
Congratulations to sisters Molly & Lucy Lynch from Cork on winning the All Ireland Poc Fada titles today. Molly successfully defended her All Ireland Senior Poc Fada title while her sister, Lucy, won the U16 grade.
