Keegan joins Wexford hurling backroom team

Former Cobh Ramblers manager Shane Keegan has joined Wexford’s senior hurling backroom team ahead of the 2026 season.
The Laois native will link up with Slaneysiders boss Keith Rossiter and former world boxing champion Bernard Dunne in the Model men’s managerial team.
Keegan recently stepped down as manager of JK Brackens, having led the Templemore side to the Mid Tipperary senior hurling championship title this past summer.
He also brought them to the quarter-finals of the Tipperary SHC last year.
His time in charge of League of Ireland First Division side Cobh Ramblers saw him steer the club to a third-place finish in the table in 2023 before stepping down later that year due to work commitments.
