Errigal Ciaran and Edendork will meet again tonight to decide the Tyrone senior football championship title after a dramatic draw in Sunday’s final.
The sides could not be separated at O’Neill’s Healy Park, with the game finishing 0-15 to 1-12. Errigal looked to have snatched victory when substitute Eoin Kelly landed a late two-pointer, only for Darren McCurry to produce a stunning equaliser for Edendork.
Errigal will be chasing their third county title in five years, while Edendork are bidding to make history by claiming their first senior championship crown.
The Dunmoyle side have the experience of winning major titles, but look to be without key forward Darragh Canavan who missed Sunday’s encounter through a knee injury.
Edendork, meanwhile, will take confidence from their resilience in the drawn game and McCurry’s late intervention, which earned them another opportunity to lift the O’Neill Cup.
Throw-in is at 7.30pm at the Omagh grounds and the game will be streamed live on Tyrone TV.
