It's a knockout as Tyrone SFC gets underway

One of the last remaining straight knockout championships in the GAA gets underway tonight when Edendork and Ardboe face off in the Tyrone SFC.
The clash at Dungannon marks the start of a busy weekend of Round 1 action. Loughmacrory, who lifted the O’Neill Cup for the first time last year, open their title defence against Dungannon in Pomeroy on Saturday evening, while Trillick – who have appeared in the last three county finals – face Galbally a few hours earlier in Carrickmore.
2025 champions Errigal Ciarán take on Killyclogher in Healy Park on Sunday evening.
Renowned for its competitiveness, the Tyrone SFC hasn’t had a back-to-back winner since record title holders Carrickmore managed the feat in 2005.
