Murphy appointed new Head of Sport at LYIT

Letterkenny Institute of Technology (LYIT) has appointed Donegal senior football captain Michael Murphy as its Head of Sport.
Murphy, who is currently the manager of the LYIT senior football team and a lecturer at the college, takes on the new role on a full-time basis.
The 31-year-old oversaw LYIT as they claimed All-Ireland success in the 2019 Trench Cup, the second tier football championship for third level education.
