Darragh Canavan struck a superb 47th minute goal as Tyrone came from behind against Mayo this evening to pick up their second win in the Allianz Football League Division 1 campaign.
It finished 1-15 to 1-11 at Healy Park, Omagh, where the visitors led by Cillian O’Connor’s penalty at half-time (1-4 to 0-4) before walking into a Red Hands haymaker following the change of ends.
It saw the hosts outscoring their counterparts by 1-4 to 0-1 during the third quarter, with this goal from the classy Canavan (watch it below) really turning the tide in their favour:
