Brian Fenton will find out tonight if he will be eligible to line out against Meath in Sunday's Leinster SFC quarter-final at Croke Park.
The Raheny midfielder is appealing a proposed one-match ban to the Central Hearings Committee (CHC) after he was controversially sent off in Dublin's recent Allianz Football League Division 1 final penalty shootout defeat to Derry.
Fenton was issued with a straight red card by referee Conor Lane near the end of extra-time for a Category 3 offence involving opponent Eunan Mulholland.
