Kerry 2022-Current Team Better Than 04-09 Team?

Good teams win All Ireland's.

Even better teams win back2back.

Legendary teams win 5 in a Row.

Best team of all time wins 6 in a row…

The 2010s was a non vintage decade. 03-09 was the last great era.

6 in a row never be done again. Teams will struggle even to do back to back as Kerry proved this year.

98 to 01 was the last great era. Before that it was 64 to 66.

Don't agree but if you think so surely there were other "non vintage" eras for teams to go 5 or 6, but I suppose Ciarraigh were unlucky to come up against the "generational one in a row" Offaly teaming '82?

Went into transition after the 2010 quarter final. To get back to the final in 2015 says a lot about the 2010s. Non vintage.

The current Kerry team are to one dimensional, everything is telegraphed to Clifford, Kerry and he have lost more finals then they and will win because of their reliance.

Hel get his usual 1.whatever, but I'd rather have a front 6/playing as a team and scoring that + anyway, then one very good player everything is fed into.

This generation has lost a lot of finals now and they haven't really beaten any "great" team in a final.

Maybe the Mayo team are just starting as opposed to finishing, while Dublin enjoy their well deserved rest after their decade + of achieving deeds of immortality

You're way off with that statement. Football in the 20 teens wasn't football compared to the 00s or the present day football. How many of that Dublin team would get on a top team of today or back in the 00s? They couldn't even kick points from outside the 21 yard line. They handpassed their way into the square. Not blaming Dublin, teams let them do it and the more they won the more scared other teams got.

Tyrone 03-09 and Kerry 04-09 were great teams. Kerry 21-26 are not a great team.
Kerry saw in 15 and 19 that Dublin were not a great team. Even outside of 23, Dublin saw in 22 and again in the 26 semi final that Kerry 21-26 are not a great team. There are no qualms about it.
