Kildare vs Offaly - Offaly by 11
Wexford vs Galway - Galway by 8
Dublin vs Kilkenny - Dublin by 4

Cork vs Clare - Cork by 1
Limerick vs Tipperary - Limerick by 15"
Fairly straight forward in Leinster....Offaly,Galway and Kilkenny
Munster Clare to win

I have huge respect for Waterfords displays this year, they were so close, but ultimately they again fell short
Blaming refs, scheduling, formats, injuries etc, essentially everything except your own performances, might have some benefits in terms of creating some bitterness for the future but ultimately I think it's counter productive
They were close this year in all their games but could you really say they should have won any of them?
Stats don't lie and 4 wins out of what 28 games tells a story.
I hope they keep Queally, get a run in Div 1b, win it, and focus on themselves for next year's Championship. Clare and Limerick are aging, Tipp don't know where they are at and Cork will either be AI Champions or traumatized next year - there is a chance there for them. Two wins from four is all they need"
Bit of a strange one that they've never had their final group game at home all right.

But on the other hand, four of their five opening round games have been home fixtures (even if they did have to move it to Thurles in 2023 on account of Walsh Park being redeveloped).

And if that was the other way round - say Limerick or Tipp had a home game first in those four years, while Waterford had to travel away for theirs - then chances are that somebody in Waterford would complain about that too.

"Limerick/Tipp seem to always have a home game first, giving them the best chance of getting off to a good start. We always have to travel away for ours. We just can't catch a break with any of these things. It's not fair."

An underwhelming end to the season in Munster. After all the talk about how close all the teams are - nothing but the order on the line. Cork and Limerick to win.
In Leinster, 4 into 3 won't go and Galway and Dublin are already qualified so its a case of can Kilkenny save their season. Galway and Offaly will take care of business and I believe Dublin will beat Kilkenny but it will be tight.

Although the 3 teams to qualify are already known, there will definitely be nothing 'underwhelming' about our match in PUC. A place in the Munster final is at stake, and both teams will fight tooth and nail to be in it. Should be cracker.

Expect both Galway and Offaly to get the business done, but the game of the weekend will be in Parnell Park, and I believe the Dubs will get the job done.

Yeah, while there's less at stake in the final round of Munster than in other years, I still wouldn't describe it as "underwhelming".

Cork v Clare is a de facto semi-final and could be a cracker. Similarly, anything less than a win for Limerick, and they might not make the final either.

But you know what would make it really interesting??? A relegation battle.

Imagine if Tipperary were in a situation where losing to Limerick by five or more would mean they'd finish bottom and be relegated, rather than Waterford making the drop. That would bring a lot of added spice to the match in the Gaelic Grounds!

Am just stirring..... :D

I think Offaly will beat Kildare but not by much
I think Galway will have too much for Wexford based on what I have seen this year so far
I think Dublin will edge Kilkenny
I think Cork will have too much for Clare but this has the makings of a high scoring classic
I think Limerick will too much for Tipperary (i think Tipperary will rotate and give lads on the panel a go while Limerick will have one or two changes only)

limerick havnt had a home game first in the round robin since 2019.

Well, there you go then :)

If Limerick were inclined to make the same sort of complaints as Waterford are inclined to do, they could very easily say:
"A home game for the first match gives you the best chance of getting off to a good start, but we haven't had one since 2019! But Waterford get one almost every year. It's not fair. We can't get a break. The fixtures are always set in Waterford's favour."
