Anyone attend any club games at weekend? AverageFootball (Leitrim) - Posts: 31 - 20/04/2026 08:03:20 2667406 Link 0 |

I didn't but there's a few results I'm keen on figuring out what happened. St.Marys and Aughawillan, an Aughawillan team that I thought would be fighting relegation only loosing by one to St.Marys, I know St.Marys don't pull it together until around July but nonetheless it was surprising. Allen Gaels and Aughavas, an Allen Gaels team I thought would be nearing a league final has been nothing but poor all campaign, early days and I know they are suffering big time with injuries etc but with the depth of their squad from last year I thought they would still be holding their own. Big win as well for Ballinamore vs Mohill.

Looking forward to the game myself, and seeing Barry McNulty competing against one of the big two in the province. As some are saying he is probably the best player in the province at the moment so I am sure he will get attentions. ohwow (Leitrim) - Posts: 107 - 20/04/2026 13:12:27 2667483 Link 1 |

Hilarious that sitting on the open concrete steps will cost 30 euro and the covered stand 35. The Connacht council need a rethink in the future. But there will be people on here defending those prices ohwow (Leitrim) - Posts: 107 - 20/04/2026 13:15:58 2667484 Link 0 |

Very important to enjoy this week thoroughly Wowyser. Back in the Tailteann cup after that for youse people and a competition that ye can give a right crack too. Great to see ye playing one of the big three in Connacht. Great days. Again I repeat a speedy Roscommon who confirmed division status with a game to spare in the countries premier division will give our Western foes Mayo plenty to think about but will probably come up a little short. The summer is long though and the weather is picking up. Love to all.

I agree thank you for giving me the opportunity to do so- I am sure they are looking at testing themselves against one of the big two and who knows maybe by Saturday evening we could be facing for a Connacht final against our former manager!! Wouldn't that be nice please. Thank you all.

Zero defence for those ticket prices.

They want to get a grip a top five team against a bottom two in the country. This is a game that I wouldn't miss at 15 or 20 euro. But seriously thinking about not going an account of the price, the unfair nature of the provincial championship with price of deisel it is not a particularly attractive way to spend a Sunday.

And the minimum ticket pricing for Mayo game is 30 euro which is ridiculous considering it is a gimme for a big two side like Mayo to win.
